Lynn is a playful storyteller at heart and makes her writing debut this September with “The Invisible Rocking Chair.” She draws upon her vast experience in Christian ministry facilitating youth camps, outreaches, church planting and pastoring with her husband of 42 years. As a recent breast cancer victor, she is a voice of hope for those struggling with physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Lynn retired from the Camarillo Health Care District after 19 years. She is well connected in her community as: Board Chair for the Camarillo Council on Aging, a Board Director for the Ventura County Adult Abuse Prevention Council and serves on several local cancer committees to provide resources to those underserved. Lynn is the 2015 Public Servant of the Year for the city of Camarillo and a Doña for the City of Camarillo - the highest city award.
Lynn resides in southern California and is the mother of three adult children. In her spare time, she can be found doing anything creative from music, sewing, mosaics, and recently artwork. Inspiration flows freely in her butterfly garden where it is frequented with other invisible winged friends -her grandchildren and her two black labs.
